FCM Home Visiting Programme 2017/18 Report
This is the 2017/18 report on the Family and Community Motivator Home Visiting Programme in the North West, which targets vulnerable households with pregnant women and/or children under two (first 1000 days) with the aim of improving mothers’ well-being and children’s early development outcomes.
This report outlines the project’s highlights, goals, outcomes, and lessons learned throughout the year. It also gives a detailed breakdown of what the programme’s journey entails for a full year cycle.
The FCM programme, which is now in its sixth year, is funded by the North West Department of Social Development and is implemented by the Early Learning Resources Unit in partnership with Ilifa Labantwana.
