This is the 2017/18 report on the Family and Community Motivator Home Visiting Programme in the North West, which targets vulnerable households with pregnant women and/or children under two (first 1000 days) with the aim of improving mothers’ well-being and children’s early development outcomes.

This report outlines the project’s highlights, goals, outcomes, and lessons learned throughout the year. It also gives a detailed breakdown of what the programme’s journey entails for a full year cycle.
