During 2013, Ilifa commissioned the production of a database of the 96 ECD non-profit organisations involved in training for services and programmes for children birth to four years. Seventy-six of these organisation completed a comprehensive survey questionnaire, which surveyed the opportunities and risks to South Africa’s plans to scale up ECD.
This report summarises the findings of that survey.
